• -Talisman provides software tools for outbound messaging automation, communication workflows, and inbox management.
• -Talisman does not provide lead generation services or guarantee business outcomes.
• -We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

You are responsible for:

• -Maintaining account security
• -All activity under your account
• -Providing accurate information

You agree NOT to use Talisman to:

• -Send spam
• -Violate LinkedIn or other third party platform terms
• -Harass, deceive, or impersonate others
• -Use automation in a way that breaches platform policies

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Talisman integrates with third party services. We are not responsible for:

• -Account restrictions or bans
• -Changes in third party policies
• -Any consequences resulting from your use of automation

• -Subscription based billing via Stripe
• -Payments are non refundable unless required by law
• -You may cancel anytime, access continues until billing period ends

All software, branding, and systems belong to Talisman. You may not:

• -Copy or resell the platform
• -Reverse engineer the software

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to process it to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if:

• -Terms are violated
• -Usage creates risk to the platform

Talisman is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• -Replies, bookings, or conversions
• -Platform uptime without interruption

We are not liable for:

• -Lost revenue or business opportunities
• -Third party account bans
• -Indirect damages

We may update these Terms at any time.
